1. Neutral Conduit Statement

PicGlobe, operated by WEBXO TECH LTD (Company No: 17178615), acts as a neutral conduit for user-uploaded content in accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/2013). As an intermediary service provider, we:

• Do not initiate the transmission of user content
• Do not select the recipients of user content
• Do not select or modify the information contained in user content
• Do not endorse, approve, or take editorial responsibility for user-uploaded images
• Provide a passive technical platform — we are not a publisher of user content

2. No Endorsement of User Content

The images, files, and content uploaded by users (including file names, metadata, and embedded data) represent solely the views of the uploading user. WEBXO TECH LTD and PicGlobe expressly disclaim:

• Any association with or endorsement of user content
• Responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user content
• Liability for copyright infringement by users (subject to DMCA compliance)
• Responsibility for any harm, damages, or losses caused by user content

3. Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

The following content is strictly prohibited on PicGlobe. Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination (for registered users) and IP blocking:

• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) — ZERO TOLERANCE Immediately reported to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and relevant UK law enforcement authorities (NCA CEOP). No exceptions, no warnings.
• Terrorist or extremist content — Reported to Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit (CTIRU)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII / "Revenge Porn") — Immediate removal and account termination
• Content infringing copyright or intellectual property rights — Processed via DMCA takedown procedure
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive content — Immediate removal and IP blocking
• Doxxing or personally identifiable information shared without consent — Violation of UK GDPR
• Harassment, hate speech, or content promoting violence
• Medical or graphic violence without warning

To report prohibited content: Email abuse@webxo.tech (24/7 monitored). Include the exact URL(s) of the content.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WEBXO TECH LTD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from user-uploaded content (including third-party claims)
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages resulting from statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• Damages resulting from the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services
• Any other matter relating to the service or user content

5. No Warranty or Guarantee

PicGlobe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

• No warranty that the service will meet your requirements
• No warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• No warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service
• No warranty that any errors in the service will be corrected
• No warranty that images will remain available for any specific duration (per expiry settings)

While we target 99.9% uptime for paying Premium users, free service is provided without availability guarantees. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of critical images.

PicGlobe may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WEBXO TECH LTD. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites
• Any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of third-party services

Links do not constitute endorsement. You acknowledge and agree that WEBXO TECH LTD shall not be responsible or liable for any third-party content.

7. Age Restriction and Compliance

PicGlobe is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 years in EU member states as required by the GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has:

• Created an account on PicGlobe
• Uploaded content to our service
• Provided us with personal information

Please contact us immediately at abuse@webxo.tech so we can remove the content and data.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This disclaimer and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this disclaimer and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
